Yaas! Vortle is now part of What If Fellowship.

To Vortle — What If Ventures principles felt like a mirror reflection of our own values of openness, de-stigmatization, and honest conversations. So happy to be part of this brave community.
Here’s the full story:
What if we have open conversations about the technological needs of disabled, neurodiverse, or mentally ill folks regarding anxiety management and mental health?
This premise proved to be not just one of the most productive experiences but also the most challenging when it came to building Vortle.
In the beginning, we got overwhelmed with critical feedback. Whatever we built in one iteration would be scrutinized in the next. Phew!
But this active listening and engagement process is the essential part of Vortle. To answer the question — whether we have open and honest communication about the needs of our customers — YES!
It is the only way to build an inclusive, accessible, and valuable product.
A huge shoutout to Stephen Hays for welcoming Vortle into the fellowship of some of the most disruptive digital health or behavioral health businesses on the planet.
And, of course, kudos to the Startup Grind Team — every single event you do is an elevating and inclusive experience.
